Acceptance of Terms By creating an account with DimGenius LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") or by using our dimension calculation services, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the DimGenius platform. 2. Services Provided DimGenius provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool designed to assist with the estimation of shipment dimensions. You acknowledge that our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. 3. Disclaimer of Accuracy DimGenius provides shipment calculations based on algorithms and input data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any calculation. Shipping Responsibility: The User is solely responsible for verifying all dimensions, weights, and packaging requirements before initiating a shipment. DimGenius is not liable for any real world implementation or any financial losses resulting from the use of our calculation tools. 4. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, DimGenius LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. 5. Intellectual Property All software, algorithms, source code, logos, domain names, and content provided by DimGenius are the exclusive property of DimGenius LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the tool for your own business purposes, but you may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from our software. 6. User Obligations No Abuse: You may not use our API or interface to overwhelm our servers, engage in automated scraping, or reverse-engineer our calculation logic. Prohibited Use: You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. 7. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for abuse of our systems. 8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
